We provide physical therapy, injury rehabilitation, sports performance training, injury prevention programs, and recovery services.

2. Do I need a referral to get started?

At SABR Sports Rehab and Physical Therapy:

  • You do not need a referral to start physical therapy services

  • You do not need a referral for injury prevention or sports performance training

  • You can schedule directly for evaluation, treatment, or performance coaching

If during your evaluation we determine your condition requires coordination with a physician or specialist, we will communicate that and help guide you appropriately.

3. What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit includes a detailed assessment of your injury, movement, strength, and goals. From there, we create a personalized treatment or performance plan.

4. Do you treat athletes only?

No. We work with athletes, active adults, and anyone looking to recover from injury or improve movement and performance.

5. How long are sessions?

Session length varies depending on your plan of care, but most sessions range from 60 to 90 minutes.

6. Do you accept insurance?

We operate as a cash-based practice and provide superbills upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.

7. What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely and be assessed properly.
